Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Aurum Transfers Limited provides pre-booked private airport transfer and chauffeur services in Jamaica. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Transfer prices are fixed for up to four guests. No hidden fees.
• Payment is accepted via PayPal (online) or cash USD at pickup.
• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or cash reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund.
• 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 12 hours: No refund (edge cases reviewed individually).
• Time and flight changes are free up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.

4. Flight Delays

We track your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge. No action is needed from you.

5. Wait Time

Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands (or scheduled pickup time for departures). Extended wait times may incur additional charges.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers. Aurum Transfers reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

7. Liability

Aurum Transfers Limited is insured for passenger transportation. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
